From Pisa or Viareggio:
EXIT - TOLL ROAD - LUCCA (EAST or WEST)
From Pisa or Viareggio, take the exit marked Lucca (East or West) to merge onto Viale Europa. Head towards the city centre and follow the road around the walls in the direction of Abetone (SS12/Via Del Brennero). After 5 km, turn right towards Villa Grabau-Pizzorne-Matraia and follow the road for approximately 1.5 km always travelling alongside the water course. Stay right on Via Fraga Alta and follow the road until you reach the entrance to Villa Reale. Turn left into Via delle Ville and continue to follow for another 200 meters until you reach the entrance of Villa Grabau.
From Florence:
EXIT - TOLL ROAD – CAPANNORI
From Florence, take the exit marked Capannori and at the roundabout, turn right into SP23/ Via Romana. Follow the road until the next roundabout and turn left into SP61/Via Antonio Rossi. At the end of the road, turn right into SS435/Via Pesciatina (locality of Lunata) and then immediately turn left at the roundabout into the tree-lined avenue of SP29/Viale Europe, towards Marlia. Continue on SP29/Viale Europa following the signs towards Villa Grabau (turning right at Via dei Ceccotti or Via Ceppo di Melo). Turn slightly right into Via Fraga Alta and follow the road until you reach the entrance to Villa Reale. Turn left into Via delle Ville and continue to follow for another 200 meters until you reach the entrance of Villa Grabau.
