La Stalletta

Inside the walled perimeter of Villa Grabau, nine hectares of secular trees and rare botanical species offer seclusion for a two-storey detached house available for rent, with its own private garden. La Stalletta,  a gracious residence, has been renovated according to ancient traditions and furnished with original 19th-century pieces belonging to the family.

Consisting of 100 square meters, the ground floor of the house consists of a living room with fireplace, a dining area and a traditional kitchen. The first floor consists of one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds, and one bathroom with a bathtub, shower and bidet. It is possible to accommodate two more people on the sofa bed in the living room and to put an extra bed in the larger bedroom upstairs.

There is a private garden complete with teak outdoor setting (table and chairs), umbrella, barbeque and deckchairs.

The circular swimming pool (10m diameter with depth from 1.2m to 1.6m) is in common with the other house called Casa di Orazio and is reserved for exclusive use of the two houses. It can be found 60 meters from the house inside the park of Villa Grabau.

Private parking is also available.

The property, available all year round, is equipped with every convenience: independent central heating, Satellite TV, wi-fi ADSL line, telephone (on request), dishwasher, washing machine, oven and freezer.

Extra: It is possible to have a chef and/or to organise cooking classes during your stay.  This service is organised externally and therefore must be reserved prior to arrival. 
Lunch or Dinner: There is a restaurant situated in the old oil mill, fixed menu for 13 euro for adults and 10 euro for children up to 12 years old.

There are also shops nearby and a supermarket and pharmacy within 1km.
