La Casa di Annadora

Inside the walled perimeter of Villa Grabau, in a completely reserved area, stands Casa di Annadora, a sophisticated tuscan villa, holiday residence.

The charming owner tuscan villa Annadora, lived here for many years. She wanted to furnish the house with all the memories of the places that she visited in her long life: China, India, Nepal, Tibet, exotic islands, and then Capri, Rome, Venice ....

The predominant theme is the elephant, an animal that is said to bring good fortune to those who love it, and there are a lot of elephants throughout the house (obviously not in their true dimension!!) 

The atmosphere of the tuscan villa is aristocratic, seductive and rich in detail giving it a unique and memorable style.

The tuscan villa is completely independent (approx. 210 sqm) and consists of two floors. All rooms have double windows overlooking the beautiful garden. 

The ground floor consists of a large central living room with two entrances and doors opening onto the garden. It is comfortably furnished with two couches and arm chairs. There is another living room with fireplace, library and satellite TV and a small bathroom with shower. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with an area for dining and also has a door opening onto the garden.

The first floor consists of four bedrooms (two with air conditioning), two bathrooms with bath, shower and bidet.

The ample garden, completely separated from the estate, is rich in plants and flowers. A gazebo creates outsiede the tuscan villa, a very romantic atmosphere where one can totally relax with an evening drink while watching the unforgettable Tuscan sunset.

The exclusive rectangular pool (7m x 14m with a depth from 1.2m to 2.5m) can be found in front of the house, where there is a large space for relaxing as well as a hot shower.

There is ample space for parking.

The property, available all year round, is equipped with every convenience: independent central heating, Satellite TV, wi-fi ADSL line, telephone (on request), dishwasher, washing machine, oven and freezer.

Extra: It is possible to have a chef and/or to organise cooking classes during your stay.  This service is organised externally and therefore must be reserved prior to arrival. 
Lunch or Dinner: There is a restaurant situated in the old oil mill, fixed menu for 13 euro for adults and 10 euro for children up to 12 years old.

There are also shops nearby and a supermarket and pharmacy within 1km.
